301.Pro offers notifications via email, SMS text, and in-application notifications. These rules govern our SMS text Message deliveries.

We only offer application notifications based on double opt-in User Preferences. These settings are off by default and can be enabled/disabled anytime on the User Preferences page.

All notifications revolve around data each user selects for updates, announcements, property changes, user reviews, etc.

We also offer notifications based on user preferences for our loyalty models from user travel preferences.

We also offer news alerts and travel news notifications. These messages are for educational purposes and are never an offer to buy or sell products.

You can cancel the SMS service anytime by texting “STOP” to the texting number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply with the word “START” or join again like you did when you initially explicitly double-opted in.

Text messages will be sent based on notification usage and user preferences subscribed. We will do our best to limit the number of Notifications to 20 messages per calendar day per user. Text message frequency varies based on each user’s notification preferences.
